- Lev Ins introduces its first emergency hotline operating 24/7.
- The company expands its operations internationally, entering the markets in Italy and Poland.
AIR RESCUE PRODUCT
2012
- Lev Ins designs the HEMS service (air rescue), becoming the only Bulgarian insurer to offer it. The company partners with the government, the Bulgarian Red Cross and 112 Emergency Line System to successfully operates number of such rescue operations. The project is an idea of Gabriel Last, one of the company’s shareholders and former Israeli police chief.

2009
- The insurance is designed for journalists, military, and representatives of humanitarian organizations in risk areas. Lev Ins operates the product as a HISCOX frontier, one of the longstanding Lloyd's syndicates, due to the company's experienced, highly qualified, and Israeli trained team.

- Lev Ins is chosen for a Lloyd’s frontier company due to the successful implementation of Israeli practices. The company provides insurance coverage to many governmental institutions incl. the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, the National Parliament of Bulgaria, large industrial and trade centers /shopping centers, and others/.
