Mobile application for filing claims under Motor Casco insurance

Insurance company Lev Ins provides to its customers who have taken out Motor Casco Insurance a mobile application for online filing a claim. The service is designed to make the claim process easier for the customers in just a few steps. The intuitive interface guides the user with instructions on each step and pre-defined templates.  

In order to use the application, the customer shall contact the assistance center by dialing 0800 15 333, to file for a traffic accident. Our operators will record the necessary data for starting the procedure and will send an SMS with a link to the smartphone, which will be used to inspect the damaged vehicle. They must keep in mind that the provided link will only be valid for 24 hours.

After receiving the SMS, the customer shall follow the link and load the application on the smartphone. It only remains to follow the steps – select the damaged parts, according to the displayed model of a car, degree of damage – small, medium, or large. In the next step, the customer shall take pictures of the vehicle, by using the pre-defined templates and following the instructions on how to do it. The customer will be notified if the pictures taken are not enough in number or type.

In order to complete the registration of the damage, the customer should confirm the provided data and photos. In case of difficulty, at every step, there is an opportunity to call for support. Once the claim has been completed, it could not be reloaded.  

Within 24 hours (weekdays) after the completion of the inspection, a Lev Ins expert will contact the customer to specify the next steps in the process of servicing the claim.
