Corporate PR Expert
At LEV INS, we see public relations as newsworthy storytelling. We’re looking for a seasoned public relations professional who can create narratives that guide our brand story. This person will contribute to existing PR efforts while helping to develop new initiatives aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of PR functions, as well as positive relationships with media professionals in our industry and the community.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively develop and implement external and internal reputation management communication strategies, encourage engagement and drive conversations with stakeholders and media
- You develop a variety of written content to support the company's communications objectives - corporate presentations, annual reports, articles, interviews and blog content
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of strategic communications, including image management and leading corporate social responsibility
- Organise press conferences, events and awareness campaigns
- You create and publish content on our own corporate communication channels daily - social media pages, websites and internal corporate emails
- Develop media plans and tools in close collaboration with brand managers
- Liaise with agencies and partner with key content providers
- You take care of daily media monitoring, gather industry publishing sources, work with keywords and generate business content from the media
- Analyse media coverage and lead relevant market research and data analysis
- Collaborate closely with brand managers to generate content for external and internal stakeholder communications
- Create budget and lead its implementation to meet corporate PR objectives and activities
- Actively participate in the development of an employer brand strategy and lead its communication process
- Work as part of the marketing team and interact with other teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a corporate environment in a similar position
- Strong media relations skills and ability to attract positive coverage by creating relevant content
- Skilled at analyzing and proactively managing results through relevant brand communications and corporate content
- Knowledge of social media as it relates to corporate communications and reputation management as well as employer branding
- Skills in writing engaging copy based on both corporate focus and customer needs and interests
- Relevant higher education
- Excellent English
